Incredibly beautiful location. Picturesque views of the lake and mountains. Stylish traditional decor. Excellent breakfast served with lake and countryside views. Great owner and staff. Good food overall. Traditional furnishing in the dining room. Lots of scenic walks in the area

Amazing location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The traditional decor adds to the charm and creates a nostalgic atmosphere. The breakfast served on the lawn was excellent and the views were breathtaking. The owner and staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The pricing felt expensive, but that is to be expected in this area. Unfortunately, the annex we stayed in did not have WiFi, although this may change for future seasons.

We found ourselves transported back in time at this family-run hotel nestled in a peaceful and idyllic spot. the antique furniture in the rooms added to the charm, and the personal touch from the owner made us feel welcome. the hotel's own boathouse, complete with sauna and rowing boats, provided us with a unique and enjoyable experience. the food was excellent, with a 4-course menu that allowed optional changes.

the lack of WiFi in the annex was a minor inconvenience, although we understand that plans are underway to install it.
